Frequently Asked Questions

What is your jewellery made from?

All pieces in the debut collection are made from sterling silver - 925 silver, alloyed for strength. Some pieces feature intentional oxidised patina as part of the design, and several include gemstone insets.

Are the pieces hallmarked?

Yes. All sterling silver pieces are hallmarked in accordance with UK assay standards.

Are pieces made to order or held in stock?

Most pieces in the debut collection are made in small batches by hand in our London studio. Stock is limited. Where a piece is made to order, the product page will confirm lead times.

Can I request a bespoke or custom piece?

We take bespoke commissions. Get in touch here to discuss - we'll let you know if it's something we can accommodate and give you an honest timeline and quote.

How do I know which size to order?

Visit our size guide for a full UK and US ring size chart and measuring instructions. If you're unsure, get in touch before ordering - we'd rather help you get it right first time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped we're unable to make changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every piece ships in our signature black box with a black foam insert - it's already gift-ready.

My piece has tarnished - what should I do?

Tarnishing is natural for sterling silver. A silver polishing cloth will restore the high-polish areas. For oxidised pieces, avoid silver dip - it will strip the intentional dark finish. See our care guide for full instructions.

Can you re-polish or repair a piece?

Yes. Get in touch and we'll discuss what's possible. Minor repairs and re-polishing are something we're happy to help with.

I have a question that isn't answered here.

Get in touch directly - we'll always respond.
