All pieces are handmade in small quantities. We have made every effort to display colours and finishes as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your screen's display accurately reflects the piece in person.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors have occurred.

Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when the item is dispatched.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our full returns policy. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.
