Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.


You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation when your order is on the way.

We do not accept returns on bespoke or made-to-order pieces. If your piece arrives damaged or there is a fault, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to return

Email us via our contact page here with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return address.

Pack the piece securely in its original packaging. We're not able to accept responsibility for items lost in return transit, so please use a tracked service.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
